Mr. Slocumb is CEO at Patient Pay Pros. He has been in Software development for over 35 years. As Chief Technology Officer at PRI, Inc., a payment transaction processing company doing over $2 Billion in transactions, Jack developed the entire online payment processing system used for credit card and ACH processing.
Under Slocumb and Associates, Jack has successfully developed and marketed multiple Internet database applications in support of the growing eCommerce world.
He was a pivotal player in the planning, analysis, and implementation of the process of comverting paper EOBs into electronic 835 posting file for the medical industry while working at Revenue Management Solutions (RMS).

Mr. Tomko is Senior Vice President at Patient Pay Pros. He is an Information Technology Veteran with more than 25 years of experience. His experience runs across nearly every area of Information Technology, from Software Engineering to Database Administration, Networking to System Adminstration, Minicomputers to PCs and Workstations, Linux to Windows.
Paul has had experience in many market sectors, including Food Products, Beverage Products, Publishing, Commercial Real Estate, Residential Real Estate, Insurance, Banking, Derivatives, Agricultural Machinery, Construction Machinery, Revenue Cycle Management, Physician Services, Transportation, Business to Business Service, Retail and Service industries.
Paul holds or has held numerous certifications, including several Oracle Certified Professional certificates, five Sybase Certified Professional certificates, and Project Management Professional certificates.
Paul is an effective leader, and has held various titles, including Team Lead, Director of Information Technology, Director of Internal Development, Project Manager, Product Manager. He currently acts as Principal Consultant for Tomko Consulting, Incorporated, whose clients have included CNA insurance, Case New Holland, Zurich Insurance, Anheuser Busch, Amazon.com, Google, Grant Thornton, Lucent, G.E. Capitol, Trans Union, Tong Yang Securities, Chicago Tribune and dozens of lesser well known clients. He also serves as Chief Technology Office for Tracken, LLC, which provides Business to Business Services for Commercial and Industrial Property Management.
